RADEnable is a Jobs portal / database site for people with Disabilities. This application helps various corporate recruiters to fulfill their diversity needs by hiring, training, retaining and thereby providing a complete service package for job seekers with disabilities. RADEnable is a tool which can be implemented at various schools, colleges and training facilities which specialize in educating students with Disabilities.

RADEnable has provision to keep track of students who are referred by various sponsoring agencies who help educate students with disabilities. Such students are trained based on the disabilities and once the training is completed, they are placed into various job positions in major corporations which employ students and employees with disabilities.

Provision is made for institutes to track to track, performance and progress of such candidates in post-placement scenario. The system offers comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
