	Venu Myneni. Chairman & Managing Director
	Venu Myneni, co-founder of Radiant group, is serving as the CEO from 1995. Venu has previously worked as an Engineer, Marketing executive, Programmer and Manager with various organizations with a total experience of 23 years. He received a Masters degree in Engineering from City College of New York (CCNY), New York and Bachelors degree in Engineering from Andhra University.

	Vinod Koduru. Vice Chairman & Executive Director
	Vinod Koduru, co-founder of Radiant group, is serving as the COO from 1995. Vinod has previously worked as a Designer, Programmer and Manager with various organizations with a total experience of 18 years. He received a Masters degree in Computer Sciences from New York Institute of Technology, New York and Bachelors degree in Engineering from Bangalore University.

	C. Narayanacharyulu. Director
	Narayanacharyulu is serving as the Director of Radiant Infosystems from 1997. Narayan has wide experience in handling and coordinating turnkey projects involving both Hardware and Software with a total experience of 21 years. He received Masters degree in Engineering from Anna University, Madras and Bachelors degree in Engineering. from JNT University.

Venu Madhav Palaparthi.

Independent Director

Venu Madhav Palaparthi is Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President, U.S. Transaction Services at NASDAQ OMX. Before joining NASDAQ OMX, Mr. Palaparthi was the CCO and COO at Instinet LLC, USA, a subsidiary of Nomura Holdings, Inc. Prior to 2008, Mr. Palaparthi held senior roles in Business Audit & Risk Assurance and Marketing Strategy at Reuters in Stamford and New York. Mr. Palaparthi has an MBA from University of Texas at Arlington. He graduated from BITS Pilani in 1992 with M. Sc. in Economics and B.E. in Computer Science.

	Vijay Parthasarathy. Independent Director
	Vijay Parthasarathy has served as the Managing Director of Gemplus India and is the Founder President of Smartcard Forum of India. He has been on the committee of Government of India- Ministry of Information Technology, relating to smart cards. He received a Masters degree in Documentation and Information Sciences.

	M.N. Nambiar. Independent Director
	M.N. Nambiar, as a Member of the Indian Revenue Service, served with distinction in the Income Tax Departments. Nambiar has previously worked as Additional Commissioner of Income Tax, Mumbai, Under Secretary, Central Board of Direct Taxes, New Delhi, Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Andhra Pradesh etc.
