Radiant has offered Management Information System (MIS) Application Software to Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) in 2003.

MUDA is responsible for Promotion of Urbanization by working with other Urban Local Bodies for Plot Acquisition, Development and Allotment of Plots to buyers. This business involves lot of complex transactions as Tendering, Contractor Payments, Court Matters, Allotment Records, etc.

Before implementation of this system, millions of records and files were, maintained manually and information to access was difficult. There was no transparency in the land records and allotments. Thousands of Citizens’ Complaints and Court Cases were pending for resolution.

Radiant offered a comprehensive solution to MUDA to automate all the processes followed at entire Urban Development Authority processes after detailed study, analysis and BPR exercise. Objectives were set for thorough computerization and automation as Electronic Data Exchange amongst Departments, Elimination of Duplicate Work, Check for Corrupt Practices, Strict Accounting Policies, Provision for Audit, Paperless Office and Online MIS System and Paperless Office.

Radiant designed the MIS Application covering all functional and non-functional requirements of MUDA for Microsoft for Windows NT - 2000 Platform using Microsoft .Net Framework, .NET Server and Thin clients with MS-SQL Server 2000, as RDBMS.
