It is a comprehensive solution for Recruiting needs, which manages the entire process of recruitment, starting from capturing the candidate details to placing the candidate on a job and keeping track of post-placement activities. The system maintains a database of candidate resumes, which are matched against the job requirements. Offer letter is generated online and emailed to the candidate for web-approval. Selected candidates are then placed on the job and their employee details are recorded. The system then keeps track of their billing. The timesheet module allows the employee to submit their daily hours worked, including leave entry.
