    With RadiantInfo, you have several Contract to Hire options. Our standard Contract to Hire time is six months, after which your company can hire the associate with no additional fee!
  • Direct Hire
    RadiantInfo also provides the option of hiring an exceptional employee directly to your company with a one time guaranteed fee. RadiantInfo’s direct hire fee is 20% of the employee’s starting annual salary.
