Crew Management System

The software automates scheduling of crew members for a specified period for a public transport company. While allocating the crew member the solution takes into account schedule type, weekly off, leave balance and rating of the crew member.

The solution will also has the feature for rating crew members on criteria like age, experience, behavior, gender & EPKM for conductors. It keeps a record of age, behavior, KMPL & accident history for drivers. The application generates different reports required for crew management.
