Radiant Info Systems Limited ("Radiant") is a Bangalore based software products & services company that was formed in 1997 which caters to e-Governance and Transportation Logistics verticals.
From the first Online Reservation System in 2006, Radiant became the major market share holder and leader in the Transportation Logistics sector in India. Now, Radiant is a BOOT/BOO order holder with clients like KSRTC, TNSTC, GSRTC, etc.
Radiant is awarded the Busindia Portal Project by Government of India. Radiant’s transportations logistics products are innovative and finely tuned to suit the Indian industry needs and can be customized globally.
From the development of development of the National ID (UID) to various eGovernance solutions supported by smart card, Radiant has built the knowledgebase and talent.
Radiant’s senior management team includes highly educated and experienced IT Software Professionals. The technical staff comprises of experienced Project Managers, Business Analysts, Software Architects, Software Engineers, Software Programmers & Consultants who are engaged in System Integration, Data Center & Disaster Recovery Center Setup, Application software development, software maintenance and support projects for verticals like Transportation, Government, Public & Private Sectors.

| He is the founder CEO of the Radiant Group since 1995 and currently serving as the Chairman and Managing Director of RADIANT INFO SYSTEMS LTD. Venu is formerly the Board Member of NJTC and Co-Chairman of CIO Council. He has won the “40 under 40”, “Top 50 Asia Pacific entrepreneurs”, “E&Y Entrepreneur” of the year finalist awards. Venu has previously worked as an Engineer, Marketing executive, Programmer and Manager with various organizations with an overall experience of 28 Years. He holds a Masters degree in Engineering from the City College of New York (CUNY), New York and Bachelors in Engineering from Andhra University, India. |

He has an overall experience of about 25 years in IT and Management. Narayan holds s a Masters in Engineering (Power Systems Engineering) from Anna University, Chennai., India. |

| Sriram is a practicing Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of valuable experience in Corporate Management and Consulting , Corporate , and Tax laws apart from Audit and Assurance . He is associated with several companies and organizations in various capacities . He is on the Board of Aron Universal Ltd, a leading manufacturer and exporter of fluorescent pigments for over a decade and has been actively involved in mentoring several start up organizations .
He was the National President of the Institute of Auditors, India for a year and on its National Board for several years. He is an active Rotarian and has served as the Past President of Rotary Bangalore Southwest and also as District Treasurer of Rotary District 3190. |
